Lodha Developers, previously known as Macrotech Developers, has successfully raised ₹300 crore through the issuance of 30,000 senior, secured, redeemable, listed non-convertible debentures (NCDs), as reported in a regulatory filing on Tuesday. The debentures were issued at a face value of ₹1 lakh each.

These NCDs offer an interest rate of 7.96% per annum, which will be paid quarterly starting from September 30, 2025, with a maturity date set for July 7, 2028. The instrument is secured by a first-ranking charge on specific company assets, as detailed in the Key Information Document dated July 3, 2025.

In the case of a payment default, a default interest rate of 2% per annum will be added to the applicable interest rate on the outstanding amount from the date the default occurs, according to the terms specified in the Key Information Document dated July 3, 2025.
