Lodha Developers has successfully acquired a new land parcel in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) for the purpose of developing a housing project estimated at Rs 2,300 crore.
This acquisition enables the company to meet its full-year land acquisition goal within the first half of the financial year, with the projects obtained anticipated to yield a total revenue of Rs 25,000 crore.
Earlier this year, Lodha secured five additional land parcels in Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, which represent potential revenues amounting to Rs 22,700 crore.
The most recent transaction was either an outright purchase or a joint development agreement. The company continues to uphold a strong project pipeline, reinforcing its confidence in ongoing growth.
