J.K. Cement has reported a growth of 60.73 per cent in its net consolidated profit during the quarter ended September 30, 2023. Its profit after tax stood at Rs 178.47 crore in Q2 FY24 as against Rs 111.04 crore it registered in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.
The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 2,782.10 crore in Q2 FY24, a growth of 23.67 per cent from Rs 2,249.64 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
As on September 30, 2023, its net worth stood at Rs 4,829.06 crore, debt-equity ratio was 1.05, current liability ratio was 0.31, total debts to total assets was 0.37, operating margin was 16.96% and net profit margin was 6.42%.
