Keystone Realtors posts net profit of Rs 4.17 crore in Q2 FY24

Keystone Realtors' net consolidated total income stood at Rs 633.33 crore in Q2 FY24, a growth of 1,036.63 per cent from Rs 55.72 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

Keystone Realtors has reported net consolidated profit after tax of Rs 4.17 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2023. It had registered net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 4.58 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated total income stood at Rs 633.33 crore in Q2 FY24, a growth of 1,036.63 per cent from Rs 55.72 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

Boman Irani, chairman and managing director of the company said, “Four new projects having an estimated GDV of Rs 36.4 billion have been added through H1 FY24. The collections have been robust at Rs 5.85 billion for Q2 FY24 and Rs 10.80 billion for H1 FY24, representing a remarkable 45% growth on a half-yearly basis.”

Pre-Sales during H1 FY24 stood at Rs 8.1 billion representing a year-on-year growth of 16%, collection were at Rs 10.8 billion representing a year-on-year growth of 45%.

Gross debt reduced by Rs 0.8 billion bringing the gross debt to Rs 3.48 billion as at Q2 FY24. Gross debt/equity ratio stands 0.20 and the net debt remained at Nil at the end of the quarter.
