PyuFitt HF 100 – Single Component, Solvent-Free, High Foam, Quick reaction polyurethane Injection System
Uses
- High Water pressure leakages in Basement Rafts
- Below ground structures like Water tanks & Reservoirs, Retaining Walls etc.
A single-component, solvent-free polyurethane injection system ideally suited for crack injections, water leak repairs, and void filling in concrete and masonry structures. When it reacts with water, it forms a semi-flexible closed-cell polyurethane foam. It should be injected using a single-component pump and requires the addition of 5% to maximum 10% catalyst for optimal performance.

A two-Component, solvent-free, low-viscosity (LV) polyurethane injection system designed for effectively sealing cracks in concrete structures. It comprises a resin component and a specialized isocyanate (MDI-based) component. This system can be injected using a one-component pump.
