Ajmera Realty & Infra India has announced an 18.93 percent increase in its net consolidated profit for the financial year 2025-26. The profit after tax reached ₹149.79 crore in FY26, compared to ₹125.95 crore in FY25, as stated in a filing with the BSE.

The company’s net consolidated total income for FY26 was ₹1,098 crore, reflecting a 45.80 percent rise from ₹753.11 crore recorded in FY25. In the fourth quarter of FY26, the net consolidated total income surged by 181.30 percent, amounting to ₹439.93 crore, compared to ₹156.39 crore in the same quarter of the previous year.

The profit after tax for Q4 FY26 increased by 119.94 percent, reaching ₹55.60 crore, up from ₹25.28 crore in the corresponding quarter of the prior fiscal year. Dhaval Ajmera, the director of Corporate Affairs for the company, remarked, “The last five years have been remarkably transformative for our organization. Since FY21, we have achieved an impressive 5.1 times increase in net profit (a 38% CAGR), along with a 3.1 times rise in revenue and a 3.0 times increase in EBITDA.

Looking forward, we have strengthened our growth engine by introducing five strategic, asset-light projects with an estimated GDV of ₹2,433 crore. Despite the exceptionally high base of FY26, we have established an ambitious pre-sales target of ₹2,200 crore for FY27. Our short-term growth will be driven by unlocking the potential of our Wadala land bank, in conjunction with a strong launch pipeline for FY27, which represents a total GDV opportunity of ₹24,918 crore.”

The board of directors has proposed a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share with a face value of ₹2 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. The debt-to-equity ratio is reported at 0.53x, with sales value increasing by 57 percent year-on-year to ₹1,701 crore, collections rising by 71 percent year-on-year to ₹1,103 crore, and sales volume growing by 11 percent year-on-year to 6,60,246 sq ft.
