Puravankara acquires 14.57-acre land parcel in Mandur

Puravankara has successfully acquired a land parcel measuring 14.57 acres situated in Mandur, Budigere, Bengaluru, which holds a potential gross development value (GDV) of approximately ₹2,300 crore.

Of this total, 7.92 acres is included in a joint development agreement (JDA), while the company has purchased 6.65 acres. The overall saleable area for the complete project is expected to be around 1.8 million square feet.

Ashish Puravankara, the managing director of the company, stated, “With this recent acquisition, our total landbank – the developable area in Bengaluru – now amounts to 25.61 million square feet.” The company maintains a development pipeline with a cumulative estimated GDV of roughly ₹10,400 crore.
