Brigade Group has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for an 8.63-acre land parcel located in Gunjur, East Bengaluru, representing a significant advancement towards the establishment of a larger 39-acre integrated residential township along the Whitefield–Sarjapur corridor.
This landmark agreement is crucial in propelling the overall master-planned development, which is being constructed through a combination of outright land acquisitions and JDAs. The anticipated township, predominantly residential, is projected to have an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 7,200 crore.
Situated in one of Bengaluru’s most desirable growth corridors, the project aligns with Brigade Group’s strategy of developing large-scale, integrated communities that provide modern living infrastructure and high-quality amenities. The Whitefield–Sarjapur area continues to experience robust residential demand due to its closeness to major IT hubs and the evolving social infrastructure.
