UrbanVault (UV), a provider of workspace solutions, has inaugurated two new centers located on Golf Course Road in Gurugram.
These centers, situated within the Paras Twin Tower, contribute a total of 35,000 sq ft of grade A workspace and approximately 700 seating options. The pricing per seat begins at ₹12,000. Amal Mishra, the CEO of the company, stated, “We intend to invest more than ₹100 crore in FY26 to support our expansion in key commercial hubs throughout India.
We are experiencing robust demand in all our markets and anticipate concluding FY26 with an annual run rate exceeding ₹250 crore.” Currently, UrbanVault manages a portfolio of over 2.5 million sq ft, encompassing more than 40,000 seats.
