About the programme
Earth Retaining Structures (ERS) are elements in civil engineering projects. They are standalone structures or in combination with other elements. Earth Retaining Structures’ design and construction varies depending on topography of land, site conditions & constraints as well as time allocated for the projects. Parameters for design and construction site condition, geotechnical investigation, ground water presence. loads, type of ERS to be selected for design and construction methodology as well technologies are adopted.
