Supreme Universal intends to allocate approximately ₹1,500 crore for the establishment of a residential project in the Punawale area of Pune, which has a development potential exceeding three million square feet.
This project, which is being executed under a joint development agreement (JDA) with a landowner, will cover an area of 12.6 acres and will include more than 2,200 apartments distributed across several phases.
The development, titled Supreme Rivana, will feature 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK units, aimed at the mid-to-premium housing market in West Pune. Construction will proceed in phases, with the overall investment encompassing the costs associated with construction.
