Sunteck Realty has registered Rs 3.02 crore net consolidated profit in the first quarter of the financial year 2021-22, the company said in a BSE filing. It had recorded a net consolidated loss of Rs 3.08 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year.
The company’s net consolidated income stood at Rs 96.11 crore in Q1 FY22, a growth of 52% from Rs 63.20 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Kamal Khetan, chairman and managing director, Sunteck Realty said, “We are witnessing strong consolidation across the industry and we will be one of the biggest beneficiaries of this trend. The industry consolidation has already resulted in 3 new project acquisitions for us at Vasai, Vasind and Borivali in MMR.”
