Sumadhura Group intends to invest ₹17,000 crore and initiate the development of 45 million sq ft across residential, commercial, and warehousing sectors by the year 2030. This development initiative will be distributed among Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

In the residential sector, the company aims to introduce 35 million sq ft in its primary markets, with an anticipated gross development value of ₹38,000 crore.

Madhusudhan G., the chairman and managing director of the firm, stated that this expansion is focused on fostering sustained, annuity-backed growth in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai. Additionally, the company plans to venture into the luxury villas market and enhance its land holdings in high-growth micro-markets within these three cities.

In the commercial sector, the group plans to create 4.2 million sq ft of Grade-A office space, which could generate an annual rental income of ₹700 crore. This will mark its entry into premium commercial developments along the Outer Ring Road in Bengaluru.

The company indicated that this commercial expansion will contribute to the fortification of its rent-yielding asset portfolio.

In the warehousing sector, it aims to develop six million sq ft, with a potential annual rental income of ₹225 crore.
