Shivam Dube has acquired two apartments at DLH Enclave located in Oshiwara, Mumbai, for a total of ₹27.50 crore. Both apartments have a combined carpet area of 4,200 sq ft (390 sq meters).
The overall built-up area for the two apartments is 9,603 sq ft (892.19 sq meters). This transaction was a direct purchase from Dev Land and Housing and includes three designated car parking spaces.
According to the documents reviewed by Square Yards from the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the transaction incurred a total stamp duty of ₹1.65 crore and registration fees amounting to ₹30,000.
