Oberoi Realty has acquired land admeasuring approximately 32.20 sq meters (approximately 8 acres) from Blue Star (BSL) for Rs 192.31 crore along Pokhran Road 2, Thane, the company said in a BSE filing.
It registered the conveyance for the said lands on February 2, 2023. This land purchased from BSL are adjoining the existing lands owned by the company admeasuring approximately 2,40,140 sq meters (approximately 60 acres).
Thane recently witnessed another land sale where Shoden Developers, a group company of House of Hiranandani, purchased land admeasuring 96,180 sq meters at Kavesar from Kansai Nerolac Paints for Rs 655 crore.
