The property, spread over 9,488 sq ft, is located at 3rd Cross, 3rd Block, Koramangala and was sold to V Seetha, the wife of C Valliappa, an industrialist and the founder of the Sona Valliappa Group (an extension of The Sona Group).

The NRJN Family Trust, established by Nandan Nilekani, co-founder and non-executive director of Infosys Technologies, has sold a residential property in Bangalore in a deal valued at around ₹54.70 crore.

The property, spread over 9,488 sq ft, is located at 3rd Cross, 3rd Block, Koramangala and was sold to V Seetha, the wife of C Valliappa, an industrialist and the founder of the Sona Valliappa Group (an extension of The Sona Group).

NRJN was represented by Sreepriya Nellicherry Sivaraman. The deal was registered on January 30, per the registry document shared by Zapkey.

Last year, the NRJN family trust bought two properties in Bengaluru’s ‘Billionaire Street’ Koramangala area for ₹59 crore and ₹58 crore, totaling a built up area of 4,200 sq ft and 3,082 sq ft.

These properties are situated on the 3rd Block of Koramangala Extension, as the documents shared by Zapkey mentioned.

Koramangala suburb connects with the new entrepreneurs, and prices remain high. The demand for bigger homes has increased, and the latest deal is expected to buoy big-ticket residential transactions in the city.

The technology capital of India is seeing an increasing number of UHNIs investing in second homes.
