The civic body’s estate management department team on Saturday sealed 38 properties in various areas of the city for not having a valid BU permission.
The sealed properties include a property in Sarkhej, 14 in Ranip and 10 in Vastral. The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation also carried out the demolition of illegally constructed properties in the Walled City.
An AMC statement said that the estate department teams demolished 490 sq m of an illegally constructed structure located near Halim Ni Khadki in Shahpur and 13,080 sq m of illegal construction in a residential scheme in Danilimda.
