The company has entered into an agreement for sale with the land owners for acquisition of 10.3 acres land parcel situated at Kalyan, Mumbai, the company said in a media release.
This new project will offer approximately 7 lakh sq ft of carpet area and is expected to be launched in FY22. This is company’s second residential development in Kalyan.
The company had recently acquired 7.89 acres of land for a 5 lakh sq ft of carpet area residential project in Bengaluru. This project is also expected to be launched in FY22.
