Over 700 DDA flats booked within two days of launch

The Lucknow Development Authority(LDA) is set to construct the Park View apartments within the Basant Kunj scheme, located opposite Rashtra Prerna Sthal. This project will feature 364 premium flats. The complex is strategically positioned near the densely populated regions of old Lucknow and will provide connectivity to the Green Corridor, IIM Road, Dubagga Road, and Chowk. Registration for the flats will commence from March 7 and conclude on April 6. Applications can only be submitted via the LDA website.

The allotment of flats will be conducted through a lottery system. Officials indicated that the project received approval following a favorable response from an online demand survey. The complex will span approximately 13,350 square meters and will consist of four towers.

Towers A and B will each have 16 floors, Tower C will feature 20 floors, and Tower D will comprise 17 floors. The project will provide 3BHK (bedroom, hall, kitchen) units as well as 3BHK units with a servant quarter. The sizes will be around 154 square meters and 195 square meters. Prices will begin at Rs 75 lakh for the 3BHK units, while the 3BHK plus servant quarter units will start at approximately Rs 95 lakh. Special duty officer Devansh Trivedi mentioned that the society will include amenities such as a swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and children’s play area.

Additionally, it will feature power backup and parking facilities for over 455 vehicles. Commercial shops will also be established on the premises. The project is anticipated to be completed within three years, with possession expected to be granted within five years. Buyers will have the option to pay the remaining amount in 36 monthly installments following the allotment.

A discount of 4–6% will be available for full payment made within 45 to 90 days. LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar stated that applicants are required to deposit 5% of the estimated cost of the flat as the registration fee, while the fee for reserved categories will be 2.5%.
