Keystone Realtors’ net profit decline 83.06% in Q3 FY26

Keystone Realtors has announced an 83.06 percent decrease in its net consolidated profit for the quarter ending December 31, 2025. The profit after tax (PAT) was reported at ₹5.08 crore, compared to ₹29.98 crore recorded in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year, as stated in a filing with the BSE. The company’s net consolidated total income for Q3 FY26 was ₹293.95 crore, reflecting a decline of 39.49 percent from ₹485.82 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.

Boman Irani, the chairman and managing director of the company, remarked, “In Q3 FY26, our pre-sales reached ₹837 crore, totaling ₹2,676 crore for the year-to-date (YTD) FY26, which indicates a strong year-on-year growth of 23%. During this quarter, we successfully launched a new project with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹919 crore, bringing our total launches for YTD FY26 to five projects with a cumulative GDV of ₹5,835 crore.

Additionally, we introduced another project with an estimated GDV of ₹382 crore, resulting in a total of four new projects added for YTD FY26, including two cluster redevelopment initiatives, with a combined GDV of ₹8,649 crore, exceeding our full-year guidance.”

As of December 31, 2025, the company’s net worth was ₹2,802.50 crore, with a debt-equity ratio of 0.45, a current liability ratio of 0.83, a total debt to total assets ratio of 0.18, an operating margin of 6.5%, and a net profit margin of 1.9%. The company reported pre-sales of ₹8.37 billion (₹837 crore) in Q3 FY26 and ₹26.76 billion (₹2,676 crore) for YTD FY26, marking a 23% increase compared to YTD FY25.

Collections amounted to ₹5.24 billion (₹524 crore). In YTD FY26, the company launched five projects with a GDV of ₹58.35 billion (₹5,835 crore), achieving 83% of its full-year FY26 guidance. During Q3 FY26, it added one project with an estimated GDV of ₹3.82 billion (₹382 crore). Consequently, it has added a total of four projects in YTD FY26 with an estimated GDV of ₹86.49 billion (₹8,649 crore), surpassing its full-year FY26 guidance of ₹60 billion (₹6,000 crore).

The company launched one project with an estimated GDV of 9.19 billion (₹919 crore). With this, we have launched a total of five projects in YTD FY26 with an estimated GDV of ₹58.35 billion (₹5,835 crore). About 83% of the full-year FY26 launches guidance of ₹70 billion (₹7,000 crore) has already been achieved in YTD FY26.

Gross debt stood at ₹6.25 billion (₹625 crore) and gross debt/equity ratio was 0.22 as on Q3 FY26.
