India’s JSW Steel has accepted bids worth 8.75 billion rupees ($105.79 million) for bonds maturing in five years, three merchant bankers said on Thursday.
The company pay an annual coupon of 8.25% and had invited bids from merchant bankers and arrangers for the issue earlier in the day.
The bonds are rated AA by ICRA and the issue will close for subscription later in the day.
