Huda to auction nine group housing society sites on May 28

The Haryana Urban Development Authority (Huda) will conduct an e-auction of nine sites for group housing societies on May 28.

Three sites are in Sector 20 and one site each in Sector 31 and Mansa Devi Complex (MDC), Sector 6. While the Sector 31 site measures 0.94 acre, the MDC site has 2,023 square metre area. In Sector 20, plots measuring 2,000 square metre, 3,680 square metre and 11,463 square metre be auctioned.

In Pinjore, four sites, including a plot in Sector 2 measuring 6.07 acre and three plots in Sector 5, will be up for auction. Sector 5 has plots of 0.42 acre, 0.92 acre and 0.63 acre.

Officials said people keen to make bids can register themselves for the e-auction by visiting Huda website.

It is the first time after 2021 that the Huda has decided to auction plots for group housing societies in six different cities —18 sites in Gurugram, 12 in Sonepat, four in Faridabad and one in Rewari.
