G Square Group has successfully acquired a five-acre land parcel valued at ₹300 crore in Periyar, Madurai, from the proprietors of the TVS Group, with plans to develop a residential and commercial plotted project named G Square Temple View Square.
This land was previously owned by the late T. V. Sundaram Iyengar, the founder of the TVS family of companies. Out of the total area, 1.63 acres is designated for residential development, while two acres are allocated for commercial purposes, with the remaining area set aside for infrastructure and shared amenities.
The project will feature a total of 55 plots, which includes 50 residential plots and five commercial plots. The residential plots are priced starting from ₹15,990 per square foot, which equates to a minimum of ₹69.64 lakh per plot, whereas the commercial plots begin at ₹25,990 per square foot, with prices starting at ₹1.13 crore per plot.
