Embassy Developments (EDL) has entered into a joint development agreement (JDA) for a land parcel of 17.9 acres located in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
Aditya Virwani, the managing director of the company, stated, “We have a secured launch pipeline of 10 projects for FY2026, with an anticipated gross development value (GDV) exceeding ₹22,000 crore.” The proposed development will consist of a residential community with an estimated GDV of ₹1,600 crore.
This development will cover 1.6 million square feet of saleable area and will include 1,000 apartments, featuring configurations of 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK.
