The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) is set to initiate the allotment process for 334 residential plots as part of its Anant Nagar scheme located on Mohan Road, starting from June 10.
The allotment will be carried out via a computerized lottery at Indira Gandhi Pratishthan over a span of three days, with the attendance of all 13,031 applicants.
As stated by LDA vice-chairman Prathamesh Kumar, the Anant Nagar Scheme covers an area of 785 acres and comprises 2,100 residential plots, 120 commercial plots, and 60 group housing plots, where around 10,000 flats are planned for construction.
We are implementing a transparent, computerized system for the lottery to guarantee fairness, Kumar remarked, further noting that all necessary preparations have been finalized, and the process will occur under official oversight. Applicants are advised to carry their acknowledgment slip and a valid ID to the venue.
