Ansal Buildwell has reported consolidated net loss of Rs 2.17 crore in the quarter ended December 31, 2022. It had recorded loss after tax of Rs 3.46 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The company’s consolidated total income stood at Rs 5.74 crore in Q3 FY23, a dip of 89.90 per cent from Rs 56.81 crore in the similar quarter of the last year.
It made provision of interest on principal refund amount payable to customers related to Jaipur project of Rs 5.14 crore up to the period ended December 31, 2022, the company said in the regulatory filing.
Ansal Buildwell’s consolidated total income during the nine months of FY23 stood at 30.06 crore as against Rs 181.84 crore. It had recorded loss after tax of Rs 1.71 crore in 9M FY23 as against profit after tax of Rs 10.34 crore in 9M FY22, it said in the regulatory filing.
