The Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) has announced the opening of bids for the planned construction of an auditorium at TP No 124C, FP No 31, situated in Thakarnagar Ward, North Zone, Ahmedabad.
The project encompasses civil and public health engineering (PHE) tasks, with detailed specifications that include various construction and finishing activities. The estimated cost for this undertaking is Rs 81.11 crore, and it is expected to be completed within a timeframe of 30 months.
Essential elements such as structural steel work, which involves fabrication and painting, will be executed to ensure that the auditorium adheres to contemporary standards. Additionally, the project will involve the furnishing and installation of glass panes, the supply and fitting of wooden lead-lined door frames, as well as the provision of signage and external cladding work. This initiative is part of the city’s broader effort to improve social infrastructure and offer modern amenities for public use. Bids must be submitted by the deadline of 27 April, 2026.
