TVS Infrastructure Trust has officially launched the expanded phase of its premier Tarkeshwar Industrial & Logistics Park located in Gurrampalem, Visakhapatnam, with a total investment of Rs 250 crore.
This facility, strategically positioned along the Anakapalle Anandapuram Expressway (NH-16), provides direct access to Visakhapatnam Port, thereby improving regional connectivity. The expansion is intended to address the increasing demand for Grade A logistics spaces and is anticipated to create over 1,000 job opportunities.
The land for this project was provided by the Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC), and the initiative is overseen by TVS Industrial and Logistics Parks (TVS ILP).
The expansion was formally inaugurated by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu. Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, emphasized the region’s strategic location and robust industrial ecosystem as significant factors driving infrastructure investment.
The park is designed to cater to a variety of sectors, including automotive, FMCG, manufacturing, and e-commerce.
