The government of Telangana has approved the allocation of 35 acres of land within the Gadwal Assembly constituency for the development of essential government structures and electricity substations.
This strategic initiative is designed to enhance public infrastructure, improve service delivery, and increase administrative efficiency in the area. The designated land will accommodate various facilities, such as electricity substations serving multiple mandals, warehouses for electrical supplies, godowns, a PACS building, a paddy procurement center, and a study center for Backward Class (BC) students.
Furthermore, the plans encompass the establishment of a District Women’s Federation Building, a DTO/RTO/UO office complex, and a Rural Self Employment Training Institute (RSETI) building aimed at fostering rural skills and livelihoods. Additionally, a 33/11 KV substation is proposed for the upcoming 100-bed government hospital. Gadwal MLA Bandla Krishna Mohan Reddy expressed his appreciation to Chief Minister Revanth Reddy and state ministers for their role in facilitating the land allocation.
He announced that the Bhoomi Puja for these projects will take place shortly, with construction activities expected to commence without delay.
