Godrej Properties has acquired three acres of land in Vastrapur, Ahmedabad, having a development potential of ~0.9 million sq ft of saleable area.
The project comprises of residential apartments of various configurations with an estimated booking value of Rs 1,300 crore.
The company recently emerged as the highest bidder to develop a group housing project at a premium location in Sector 5-A, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai.
The plots, measuring 6.54 acres, will offer a development potential of about 2 million sq ft, comprising residential apartments of varied configurations, with an estimated combined revenue potential of Rs 3,500 crore.
