White Flower Developers to acquire 6,000 sq meters land for ₹65 crore in Goa

White Flower Developers intends to enter the real estate market in Goa by purchasing 6,000 square meters of land for ₹65 crore, with plans to develop three villa projects located in Assagao, Tivim, and Siolim.

The Assagao project will feature five villas, with an estimated project value of ₹60 crore and a development area of 2,500 square meters. The Tivim project will consist of eight villas, with an estimated project value of ₹50 crore.

Additionally, the company is acquiring Igreha Vaddo, a heritage villa in Siolim that is 150 years old and reflects Portuguese architectural style, covering an area of 1,200 square meters. This project has an estimated value of ₹20 crore. In total, the three projects are expected to have a combined estimated project value of approximately ₹130 crore.
