BHIVE Workspace, a co-working and managed office space provider, has acquired 39,753 sq ft office space from Century Real Estate for Rs 3.54 crore.
The center, situated at HAL second stage area, Old Airport Road, Indiranagar, Bengaluru, has over 1,000 seats capacity.
In September 2024, it had leased 77,000 sq ft of grade-A office space from Address Maker in Indiranagar.
The company plans to expand to all six major cities during this period by next financial year.
