Puraniks Group has unveiled the launch of ‘Puraniks Rahayu’, a wellness-themed residential project in Thane valued at Rs 800 crore, which introduces the concept of “self-healing homes” within the mid-income housing sector.
This project is being constructed on a 10-acre land parcel situated along the Ghodbunder Road corridor and is designed as a gated township emphasizing wellness-oriented living. The development will consist of four high-rise towers, each with 45 storeys, providing over 1,200 residential units.
The configurations will include 1 and 2 BHK apartments, as well as options for larger three-and-four BHK double-unit homes, thereby catering to a diverse range of urban buyers. The total construction area of the project is 22,788.47 sq. mtrs., and it aspires to be one of the tallest developments in its category.
The project is supported by financing from Phoenix ARC as part of a larger funding initiative amounting to Rs 1,130 crore. Puraniks Group reported a revenue of Rs 525 crore in FY25 and is aiming for Rs 1,000 crore in FY26, while also expanding its presence in Thane with thousands of homes both delivered and under construction.
