Max Estates has taken over the Delhi One Project in Noida. This is expected to bring relief to homebuyers of Boulevard Projects (BPPL) as the company aims to revitalize the Delhi One project after a prolonged wait of seven years.
The project encompasses approximately 2.5 million square feet of development within a 10-acre land parcel, covering an area of 34,696 square meters. The estimated potential for total sales and annuity rental income from the project exceeds ₹2,000 crore and ₹120 crore, respectively.
The company secured final approval from the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) in February 2023 and from the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in October 2024. Delhi One is designed as an integrated mixed-use development featuring serviced residences, office spaces, retail areas, and a club.
