Interarch to invest Rs 100-cr in new steel facility in Andhra

Interarch Building Solutions, recognized as a frontrunner in pre-engineered steel buildings, has initiated the groundbreaking of a new manufacturing facility in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh.

Spanning 20 acres with a constructed area of 17,000 square meters, the plant is set to enhance its annual capacity by 25,000 MT in its initial phase, supported by an investment of Rs 100 crore.

This facility will concentrate on the manufacturing of multi-storey pre-engineered steel structures for various sectors, including data centres, electronics, semiconductors, and electric vehicle production.

Furnished with state-of-the-art machinery from both Europe and India, it is engineered to facilitate efficient, sustainable, and climate-resilient construction. The initiative is anticipated to generate over 200 direct and indirect job opportunities.

Interarch has recently finalized Phase 2 of its current PEB plant at the same site, with an additional investment of Rs 32 crore, transforming the location into a fully integrated PEB hub. Strategically located near industrial corridors and ports, the plant is poised to serve high-growth markets throughout southern and western India.
