Hero Realty (HRPL), the real estate division of Hero Enterprise, has obtained a ₹1,200 crore debt facility from IndusInd Bank to facilitate its growth and expansion initiatives.
The transaction was orchestrated by Rezonance Consultants. Recently, the company unveiled a residential project – The Palatial by Hero Homes located in sector 104 along the Dwarka Expressway. Covering an area of approximately 11 acres, the project features more than 680 residences.
It has collaborated with Panasonic Electricals to create AI-enabled homes equipped with indoor air purification technologies. HRPL is in the process of developing over six million square feet across the National Capital Region (NCR), Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh.
