Vedaanta Senior Living intends to invest approximately ₹200 crore in Kerala within the next three years. In line with this strategy, the company has initiated a senior living project named Eden Gardens, located in Ettumanoor near Kottayam, with a projected investment of ₹50 crore.
Spanning four acres, the project will feature 48 villas and around 30 apartments, with prices commencing at ₹76 lakh. This development signifies the company’s growth in Kerala, where it already operates in Guruvayur and Kochi, with an additional project planned for Thrissur.
The company has not provided any timelines regarding the project’s completion.
