Oberoi Realty has entered into an agreement for development and redevelopment of land admeasuring approximately 2,576 sq meters, situated at Carter Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai.
The company expects to generate a free sale component of around 40,000 sq ft from the said land.
Its revenue for Q1 FY25 stood at Rs 1,441.95 crore as against Rs 933.56 crore for Q1 FY24 while profit after tax (PAT) for Q1 FY25 was at Rs 584.40 crore as against Rs 321.36 crore for Q1 FY24.
