NBCC (India) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Housing and Urban Development Corporation (HUDCO) to undertake development projects valued at over Rs 117 crore. The agreement was formalized by Sanjay Kulshrestha, CMD of HUDCO, and K P Mahadevaswamy, CMD of NBCC.
As part of this collaboration, NBCC will construct a commercial complex in Kaushambi, Ghaziabad; execute an integrated redevelopment of HUDCOās land parcel in Panchkula, Haryana; and build new office blocks at HUDCOās Regional Office in Ahmedabad. Furthermore, the agreement encompasses the reconstruction of residential flats at the Asian Games Village Complex in New Delhi.
These initiatives will be carried out on a turnkey basis, highlighting NBCCās significant role in project management consultancy and real estate development within India.
This initiative promotes urban development and infrastructure improvement in major cities, in line with the governmentās emphasis on smart city initiatives and affordable housing.
