Mahindra Lifespaces Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development business of the Mahindra Group, plans to invest Rs 85 crore in a plotted development project – Lakefront Estates situated at Mahindra World City (MWC), Chennai.
Spread over 19 acres, total revenue from the project is expected to be about Rs 150 crore and will offer 282 plots with sizes up to 5,000 sq. ft.
Possession of the project is expected to be in March 2025.
In April 2023, the company announced that it will redevelop a residential society project in Malad-West, Mumbai. The project will be developed on the land admeasuring approximately 3.68 acres and will offer the company a revenue potential of around Rs 850 crore.
