Mahindra Lifespace to redevelop Mulund West project

Bihar Govt seeks ₹1,600 crore from centre for rural housing

Mahindra Lifespace Developers (MLDL), the real estate and infrastructure development division of the Mahindra Group, has been designated as the preferred developer for the redevelopment of the St. Pius Ten CHS society located in Mulund (West), Mumbai.

This project encompasses a land area of 3.08 acres and is projected to have a development value of around ₹1,250 crore. Recently, the company introduced Mahindra ‘Codename64’, a residential project situated in Malad (West).

This development will feature 2BHK and 3BHK apartments. The company’s board of directors has recently sanctioned the appointment of Anshu Shukla as the chief design officer, classified as senior management personnel, effective from June 25, 2025.
