L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad Limited’s (L&TMRHL) business park tower at Raidurg won ‘IGBC Gold’ rating on Wednesday. The business park was built as part of the ‘transport oriented development’ (TOD) project of L&T Metro.
Some of the prominent features of the building are high solar reflective index paint on terrace (cool roof), EV charging points, superior U value facade, all around green space, low flow plumbing fixtures, energy efficient equipment – AHUs, chillers, fans & pumps, heat recovery wheel, etc.
L&TMRHL MD & CEO KVB Reddy said, “We have followed the best green infrastructural tools and innovative technologies to ensure occupant health and well-being in this building. This achievement resonates with our green commitment to Hyderabad, which was recently accorded the World Green City Award.”tnn
