Dextrus, the premium coworking and managed workspace company founded by Robin Chhabra, has announced the launch of Dextrus MINT, its fourth workspace in Mumbai. Located in Chakala, Andheri East, the 25,000 sq. ft. centre marks another milestone in the company’s vision of creating hospitality-led workspaces where design, community, and operational efficiency come together to elevate the workplace experience.

Enterprise Office

Strategically located in one of Mumbai’s most connected commercial districts, MINT offers seamless connectivity to key business hubs, the Western Express Highway, and both domestic and international airports, making it an ideal destination for enterprises, startups, and growing businesses.

Community Desk

Designed to serve both ready-to-move-in teams and organisations seeking customised managed offices, MINT combines private workspaces with access to thoughtfully curated shared infrastructure, including meeting rooms, breakout areas, cafés, phone booths, pantries, and collaborative spaces. By enabling businesses to leverage common amenities instead of replicating them within individual offices, the centre helps organisations optimise operational costs while enhancing the overall employee experience.

Cafe Space

Unlike conventional office developments that prioritise efficiency alone, Dextrus MINT has been designed around a singular emotional idea — “Coming Home.” Rather than viewing work and life as separate worlds, the design seeks to create a workplace that feels intuitive, welcoming, and deeply human.

Forecourt

The spatial journey begins with the Forecourt, envisioned as a contemporary interpretation of a familiar courtyard where people naturally gather, collaborate, and connect. Private offices provide calm environments for focused work, while enterprise suites offer organisations the flexibility to customise spaces that reflect their own culture and identity. Throughout the centre, natural light, layered textures, warm materials, thoughtful acoustics, and soft transitions create an environment that feels comfortable without compromising professionalism.

The project also demonstrates Dextrus’ design-first philosophy by embracing architectural constraints instead of concealing them. Lower ceiling heights and a deep floor plate have been transformed into defining design features through exposed ceilings, glass partitions, light materials, carefully planned lighting, and clean visual lines that enhance openness and create an airy, expansive experience.

At the heart of the workspace lies the Forecourt—a multifunctional community hub anchored by a central community desk that supports daily operations while encouraging spontaneous conversations and meaningful interactions. Soft arches, timber finishes, fabric panels, layered lighting, and tactile materials create an environment that feels less like a corporate reception and more like a thoughtfully designed hospitality space.

Meeting rooms continue the same design language through warm finishes, muted palettes, flexible layouts, textured surfaces, and ambient lighting, allowing them to transition seamlessly between focused discussions and collaborative sessions.

Speaking about the launch, Robin Chhabra, Founder & CEO of Dextrus, said:

“The workplace is no longer just a place where people complete tasks—it has become a space that shapes culture, creativity, wellbeing, and connection. With MINT, we wanted to move beyond designing offices and instead create an experience that people genuinely look forward to returning to every day. The philosophy of ‘Coming Home’ reflects our belief that workspaces should feel intuitive, calming, and deeply human. By combining thoughtful architecture, hospitality-led service, operational flexibility, and community programming, we’re building environments that help organisations support not only productivity, but also the people behind it.”

Private office

Beyond infrastructure, Dextrus continues to invest heavily in community-building through curated networking events, brand collaborations, learning sessions, and cultural experiences that foster meaningful professional relationships across its centres.

As enterprises increasingly seek flexible, experience-led workplaces that support employee wellbeing while remaining operationally efficient, Dextrus believes the future of coworking lies at the intersection of hospitality, design, and community.

With the launch of MINT, Dextrus further strengthens its commitment to redefining premium managed workspaces in India—creating environments where businesses don’t simply lease offices, but become part of a thoughtfully designed ecosystem built for growth, collaboration, and belonging.
