About INDIAN DEMOLITION ASSOCIATION (IDA)
Indian Demolition Association LLP was formed on November 2019 by a group of Demolition contractors in India. Mr. Mohan Ramanathan, Founder-Chairman is the brain behind this first demolition association in India. IDA aims to represent all Stake Holders, Manufacturers, Demolition Contractors, Scrap Handlers / Owners, Large Infrastructure Companies and Complimentary Associations. IDA will serve as a platform to network, exchange information, showcase modern demolition technology and promote healthy competition.
The Demolition Industry in India has been functioning independently and without a association for a long time. With a growing demand for better infrastructure, the clarion call is for all players to come together and pave way for the formation of IDA. Recycling C&D Waste and Vehicle Scrappage policies are gaining importance in India.
The MISSION of IDA is to introduce Innovative & Safe Demolition methods in India and Create awareness in Recycling and Remediation.
