The NCR-based County group has purchased a five-acre plot in sector 151 of Noida for approximately ₹473 crore. This land parcel was obtained by the group via an auction organized by the state government.
The company intends to create a very low-density development featuring just 226 residential units in three different apartment sizes, covering a total area of 11 lakh square feet.
