Casagrand plans to develop 15.5 million sq ft of residential space in Bengaluru

In this year, Casagrand aims to develop 25 new residential projects across various locations of Bengaluru.

Casagrand is planning to develop 15.5 million sq ft of residential space with an investment of Rs 2,000 crore. The developer has acquired land parcels which have potential revenue of Rs 13,500 crore, it said in a media release.

Sathish CG, director of Casagrand (Bengaluru zone) said, “We as a real estate developer see huge potential in this market. This year, we are planning to scale up our presence by investing more in this market and launching 25 projects.”

The company recently launched Casagrand Zaiden, a residential project situated off Kanakapura Main Road. Spread across 3.69 acres, the project offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments starting from Rs 74 lakh. The project is registered under RERA PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/120423/005862 and will be handed over in 24 months, it said in the media release.
