BPTP intends to allocate approximately ₹1,200 crore for the development of a residential project named Downtown 66, situated in Sector 66, Gurugram, which has an anticipated gross development value of around ₹2,500 crore.
This project, positioned along Golf Course Extension Road, will feature 504 residences available in 3BHK and 3.5BHK layouts. The starting price will be ₹5.32 crore.
The primary architecture and interior design of the project are being managed by AEDAS, with Coopers Hill serving as the landscape consultant. Additional consultants involved include RWD1, Manish Consultant, RSMS, ATN Consultants, Sanelac, and Proion.
