BPTP Limited announced the launch of Skynest, a residential development located in Sector 80, Greater Faridabad. The project comprises twin residential towers of approximately 150 metres and is planned to incorporate green building practices along with lifestyle and community amenities. It forms part of the company’s development portfolio in the National Capital Region (NCR).

Skynest is planned as a vertical residential development integrating design, landscaping and amenity elements within a single project. The development comprises a total of 325 units, offering 3 and 4 BHK apartment configurations with sizes ranging from 3185 to 3856 sq. ft., with a starting price of Rs. 4.48 crore onwards. The development incorporates designated Sky-Nest’s at multiple levels within the tower elevation, intended to introduce landscaped elements within the built structure.

The project includes indoor and outdoor recreational spaces, wellness facilities and community areas designed to support varied resident requirements such as fitness, leisure and social interaction. Additional features include extended balcony layouts aimed at improving natural light and ventilation, along with vertical transportation systems comprising 9 lifts per tower arranged in a 4-to-a-core configuration. Amenity spaces are proposed to be distributed across different levels within the development.

Amenities and Community Infrastructure
The development is proposed to include:
• Lifestyle & Community: Multipurpose hall, indoor recreational spaces, guest accommodation and shared gathering areas
• Health & Wellness: Multiple pools including an all-weather swimming pool, fitness studios and wellness-oriented spaces
• Learning & Engagement: Activity rooms and hobby areas
• Sports & Fitness: Indoor sports courts and gymnasium facilities
These amenities are part of the planned development and remain subject to final design, execution and operationalization.

Location and Connectivity
Sector 80, Greater Faridabad, is accessible from Delhi via the Faridabad Bypass Road (NH-148NA Also known as DND–Faridabad–KMP Expressway), which is a spur of the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway connecting Delhi (DND & Kalindi Kunj) through Faridabad to the KMP Expressway. The area is further proposed to be connected to key infrastructure corridors within the NCR, including the under-construction Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway, which will provide direct connectivity to Noida without passing through Delhi, including:
• NH-44 (Delhi–Agra corridor)
• Faridabad–Noida–Ghaziabad (FNG) Expressway (under development/partial connectivity)
• Regional linkages towards the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway
• Proposed connectivity towards Noida International Airport (Jewar), subject to project timelines

The area is supported by existing social infrastructure, including healthcare and educational institutions within accessible distance. Infrastructure developments referenced are at varying stages of completion, and timelines are subject to regulatory approvals and external factors.
