Ā Giving relief to the people, the state government has created a facility for automatic preparation ofĀ registration deedsĀ in one click. For this, the stamp and registration department has developed an automatic deed generation system for transfer of documents.
The system of auto-deed generation has been implemented for registration of four types of documents like sale deed, donation deed, lease deed and rent deed. In the future, it will also be used for other transfer deeds.
Krishnakant Pathak, secretary (revenue), finance department, said that in the budget announcement 2021-22, chief ministerĀ Ashok GehlotĀ had proposed the use of blockchain technology in the administrative system, development of digital verification-based auto approval system and through information technology in the budget 2022-23.He said that the registration and stamps department has started the new system of auto-deed generation in the e-registration software.
