Ashiana Housing posts net loss of Rs 1.61 crore in Q2 FY23

The company's net consolidated income stood at Rs 91.72 crore in Q2 FY23, a growth of of 13.67 per cent from Rs 80.69 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

Ashiana Housing has reported net consolidated loss after tax of Rs 1.61 crore during the quarter ended September 30, 2022. It had recorded loss after tax of Rs 5.74 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal, the company said in a BSE filing.

The company’s net consolidated income stood at Rs 91.72 crore in Q2 FY23, a growth of of 13.67 per cent from Rs 80.69 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.

The board of directors re-constituted the nomination and remuneration committee by inducting Piyul Mukherjee,
independent director, as one of the members, and designated Sonal Mattoo, independent director, as its chairperson. New composition includes Mattoo as chairperson, Mukherjee and Abhishek Dalmia as members.

Mattoo has also been designated as chairperson of the audit committee and stakeholders’ relationship committee.

As of September 30, 2022, its net worth stood at Rs 739.90 crore, debt-equity ratio was 0.24, total debts to total assets ratio was 0.09, operating margin was 1.64% and net profit margin was -1.97%, the company said in the regulatory filing.
